Second Grade Supply List

Dear Parents and Students:

Welcome to 2nd Grade! We hope everyone had an enjoyable
summer. These are the supplies your child will need to bring to school on the first day in second grade. Please label each item.

one 8-ounce bottle white, washable glue scissors
- two dozen yellow No.2 pencils (sharpened)
- one box of 24 crayons
- schoolbox (plastic)
- two boxes of Kleenex
one spiral notebook (at least 60 pages)
- one set of colored pencils (Prang or Crayola, sharpened)
- two dry erase markers (low odor)
- three packages of notebook filler paper for 2nd grade (attached) Please purchase this paper in the school bookstore. (1/2" guideline ruled)
- two yellow highlighter pens
- jumbo package of baby wipes
- pocket portfolios (1 of each - blue, red, yellow, green)
no prongs)

Since 2nd grade desks are so small, we are requesting that students not bring Trapper Keepers or the large boxes of
crayons to school. The boxes with 48 crayons are the largest
they would ever need. They also cause a disturbance when they fall off the desks. These large items can be enjoyed at home.
