First Grade Supply List
2010 - 2011
Dear Parents and Students,
Welcome to First Grade! This is a list of supplies that your child will need on the first day of first grade.
Your child should have a labeled standard-sized backpack.
PLEASE DON'T LABEL THE FOLLOWING ITEMS
- 1 spiral notebook (70 pages)
- 1 set of watercolors
- 24 pencils (regular sized and sharpened)
- 2 chunk erasers
- 2 boxes crayons (16 count)
- 6 glue sticks
- 2 bottles of school glue (not gel)
- washable markers (regular size-not small)
- scissors (metal, not plastic)
- 2 EXPO brand dry erase marker
- 2 boxes of Kleenex
- 1 small cigar size school box (snap-shuts work great)
- 1 red plain pocket folder with prongs in the middle (Please do not label with your child's name)
- 3 second grade ruled tablets (please purchase at the school bookstore)
- Girls - 1 box zip-lock baggies, sandwich size, 100 ct.
- Boys - 1 pack brown paper lunch sacks
- 1 container Germ-X
- 1 set of Mead Addition Flashcards (K-3rd grade) - available at Wal-Mart
